ISLAMABAD - M Hussain Chatta won the Cinebowl Bowling Championship after scoring 584 pins in the final round of the 1-day competition held here at CINE Bowling Club. More than a dozen top ranking players from Rawalpindi and Islamabad took part in the tournament. Chatta aggregated 584 pins in three games scoring 182, 168 and 196 pins top. Veteran bowler, Atta Muhammad claimed second position with 562 pins with three games of 196, 178, 184 pins. Ijaz-ur-Rehman got third position with 552 pins and Saqib Shahzad remained 4th with 500 pins. A Pakistan Tenpin Bowling Federation (PTBF) spokesman said that this event would be staged every month. "We would organise four top national bowling events during the period of next 60 days in Islamabad and Karachi.”
