ISLAMABAD: The government has given a new deadline for ending load shedding.
Finance Minister (FM) Ishaq Dar has said the government is working for the construction of major dams and load shedding will come to an end by March, 2017 in the country.
He said this while addressing a seminar on the social economic situation in the country today.
He said that the government was working for the construction of major dams and this would bring improvement in the production capacity of electricity. “Load shedding will be eliminated by March, 2017,” he said.
