PML-N attacking state institutions to protect Sharifs: Imran

Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan said that Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) is trying to destroy all the state institutions and people of Pakistan must prepare to stand against it.

In a series of tweets, Khan warned the nation of ‘Sharif agenda’ and alleged that PML-N is trying its best to destroy state institutions.

PTI chief took to his Twitter today after the judges adjourned the hearing of Accountability Bureau (NAB) references against Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar (retd) due to a scuffle that took place between police and lawyers outside the court.

Khan said that PML-N is trying to protect the Sharifs' loot money that amounts Rs30 billion by attacking judiciary for the second time today.

He then alleged that the Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal threatened to resign over Rangers’ presence in NAB court only to make the NAB judge ‘unprotected’.

It is pertinent to mention here that earlier today, as soon as accountability court Judge Muhammad Bashir entered the courtroom, a number of PML-N lawyers surrounded the judges bench and claimed that they were manhandled by the security forces outside the court and were not allowed to enter the courtroom.

Due to the commotion, the NAB judge ended the court proceedings and ordered both defendants, Maryam Nawaz and Captain Safdar (retd) to leave the courtroom and return for the hearing on October 18.
