Diamond, Galaxy 2-2 in five match cricket series

Islamabad - A Five-match high-profile local derby between Diamond Cricket Academy Islamabad and Galaxy Cricket Academy Rawalpindi is locked at two-two and the final contest would take place on 16th at Diamond Ground.
With stakes high as winner to take away Rs 10,000 and the man-of-the-series to get High Speed motorbike (70 cc).
First of the five-match 5-overs-a-side series was won by Diamond Cricket Academy (DCA) followed by two back-to-back wins by Galaxy Cricket Academy (GCA) with DCA bouncing back to land home in the fourth encounter. In the latest and fourth match, DCA defeated GCA by 39 runs with Pakistan U-19 speedster Ikramullah Niazi taking a four-wicket for 51 runs, besides hitting 29 runs.
Scores: DCA 243 for 9 in 50 overs (Ahmed Abbasi 39, Sajawal Riaz 31, M Umair 31, Ikramullah Niazi 29, M Ismail Khan 27 not out -  Aqib Shah 3 for 30, Jaffer Husain 2 for 51, Sohaib Ahmed 2 for 52). GCA 204 in 49.5 overs (Aqib Shah 59, Tayyab 31, Shahzad 27 - Ikramullah Niazi 4 for 51, Mohammad Arsal Shaikh 3 for 39, Ismail Khan 1 for 28).
In the third match, GCA beat DCA by 86 runs with Jibran Ahmed hitting 66 and talented batsman Aqib Shah scored 45 runs.
In the second match played at Diamond Ground, GCA defeated DCA by 112 runs. Pakistan U-19 player Umair Masood hit brilliant 109 with 13 fours.
In the first game, DCA beat GCA by 24 runs with Pakistan U-19 member Sajwal Riaz hitting up 73 studded with 8 fours.
