RAWALPINDI - An anti-terrorism court (ATC) here Saturday granted more time to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to collect details of moveable and immoveable assets of former president Pervez Musharraf, one of the accused in Benazir Bhutto assassination case. Later, the court adjourned the hearing in the case till 20 August. During the in-camera trial of the case, which was held here at Adiala Jail, FIA Prosecutor Ch M Azhar sought more time from the court to gather details of moveable and immoveable assets of Musharraf in the country. Meanwhile, the court taking up the application filed by defence counsel ordered the prosecution to provide defence counsel with the copies of statements of BBs political secretary Naheed Khan and Senator Safdar Abbasi on the next date of hearing. In the courtroom, besides former city police officer Syed Saud Aziz and SP Rawal Town Khurram Shehzad, five accused of BB murder case including Aitzaz Shah, Rafaqat Zaman, Hussnain Gul, Abdul Rasheed and Sher Zaman were also present.
