Independence is a great gift of God. Regardless of the problems we are facing in today’s time, I still feel I am a proud Pakistani and celebrate this day with high spirits and pride. Pakistan is our identity and we shall thank God for this precious gift. If we were not independent we would have still remained under the shadow of Hindus and could not excel and prosper. For a citizen of Pakistan, it is truly an honour.
