LAHORE Senior Advisor to Chief Minister Punjab Sirdar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa, while presiding over the meeting of cabinet committee on concurrent list, directed high-ranking officials to take necessary steps for the change in rules of business for departments concerned after the changed situation in the light of abolition of concurrent list, as early as possible. The participants of the committee were briefed regarding eight proposed bills of Board of Revenue, Law, Social Welfare and Information departments. The meeting was attended by Finance Minister Tanvir Ashraf Kaira, Chief Secretary, Senior Member Board of Revenue, Additional Chief Secretary, Member Planning and Development Board, Information, Secretaries of Law, Social Welfare departments besides concerned high ranking officials. Meanwhile, presiding over meeting of cabinet committee for the supervision of Muharram arrangements in the province Sardar Zulfiqar Ali Khan Khosa nobody should be allowed to enter in Majalis without proper search. He also directed adjacent streets to the Majalis places should be properly closed for common vehicles. and security personals may be appointed so that to stop entrance of doubted persons in Majalis and registration of ambulances with the special branch of the concerned districts. Senior Minister Raja Riaz Ahmed, Minister Education Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman, Advisor to CM Jehanzaib Barki, MNA Mian Marghoob Ahmad, MPAs Rana Muhammad Arshad and Mehr Ishtiaq Ahmad, Additional IG Police, officers of Law enforcement agencies, Secretary Home, Secretary Prosecution and I&C, Additional Secretary Information & Culture, LG&CD, DG 1122 and high ranking officials of concerned departments were also present on this occasion.
