Maj-Gen Mohammad Saeed appointed Sindh Rangers chief

Major General Mohammad Saeed has been appointed as director general of Sindh Rangers, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Wednesday.

The statement added that Major General Nadeem Anjum has been appointed as inspector general of Frontier Corps in Balochistan.

Both Mohammad Saeed and Nadeem Anjum were promoted to Major General from the rank of Brigadier in January 2016.

Saeed will be replacing Lt-Gen Bilal Akbar, who was appointed as Chief of General Staff.

Bilal Akbar had been serving as DG Rangers Sindh since August 2014.
