Govt to bring Sialkot tragedy’s culprits to justice: Noor ul Haq

ISLAMABAD  -   The Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Pir Noor ul Haq Qadri has said that the lynching of Sri Lankan Manager Priyantha Kumara in Sialkot is a shameful act. During his meeting with the Sri Lankan High Commissioner Mohan Wijewickrama in the High Commission Office of Sri Lanka here in Islamabad, Pir Noor ul Haq Qadri offered condolence to Sri Lankan high commissioner.

The Sri Lankan High Commissioner Mohan Wijewickrama expressed satisfaction over the measures taken by the Pakistan government in case of lynching of Sri Lankan citizen in Sialkot. The Sri Lankan high commissioner, on the occasion also applauded the collective response of Pakistanis on the brutal incident. Commenting on Pak-Sri Lanka relationship, he said that Sri Lanka and Pakistan were attached in strong diplomatic relations for the last 70 years. The Federal Minister Pir Dr Noor Ul Haq Qadri assured the Sri Lankan official that Prime Minister Imran Khan was taking personal interest to deliver the justice with no delay.
