ISLAMABAD (APP): Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar taking a suo motu notice on a news item directed registrar Pakistan Medical and Dental Council Islamabad and Principal Faisalabad Medical College to submit report of the matter within one week in the Supreme Court. In an appeal Amina Khan d/o Akhtar Ali Khan R/o Rawalpindi had requested that she passed two years of MBBS with flying colours from Faisalabad Medical College.At present she is suffering from TB and unable to continue her studies in the college and has applied for NOC and migration to Islamic Medical College Islamabad. She further stated that the administration of Faisalabad Medical College is using delaying tactics and causing hurdles in issuance of NOC saying to pay the dues of 3rd, 4th and 5th year of MBBS which is totally an injustice. In another suo motu notice the Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar has ordered to forward the case of Syeda Parveen Akhtar,a resident of Mandi Bahauddin to the Registrar Lahore High Court with directions to place the matter before the Chief Justice of Lahore High Court. The woman Syeda Parveen Akhtar R/o Mandi Bahauddin had requested for justice to ensure the implementation of court's order regarding repossession order of her rental house and payment of 25 years. It was further stated that Parveen's mother rented out a house in Sufi Pura Mohallah Mandi Bahauddin to Malik Mohammed who occupied the house and later denied the payment of rent. She filed a writ petition in the court for seeking relief and succeeded to get a verdict from a court against the renter on September 24, 2003. Malik Munir appealed against the court order but again the case was decided in her favour on July 19,2005. Syeda Parveen further stated that the said order have not yet been executed.
