LAHORE - The managers and assistant managers of Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) operations department will start daily operations early in the morning from 6am.
The directions were given by MD Lahore Waste Management Company in the first formal meeting of LWMC’s operational staff in the current year. All officers will be reporting in the field at 6 am to monitor sanitary staff’s attendance at their given points. The LWMC is working on android based attendance monitoring system on experimental basis in 65 union councils of Lahore.  The new system will be helpful in identifying ghost workers and other irregularities in system and subsequently will lead to improve the performance of sanitary crew, all ghost workers and absences will be dealt on strict basis giving a zero tolerance margin of endurance.
