Former Prime Minister, Muhammad nawaz Sharif has announced to carry his message for sanctity of the vote to every nook and corner of the country.

"We strongly want restoration of the sanctity of vote, which has been violated over the last 70 years of the national history," nawaz Sharif told media at Jamiaya Naeemiya where he met Maulana Hussain Naeemi to condoled the death of the latter’s spouse here on Wednesday.

nawaz Sharif said his narrative on reviving sanctity of the vote has found place in the heart of ever Pakistani and he will take this message everywhere in the country.

nawaz Sharif, whom the Supreme Court had disqualified as member of the Parliament on July 28 after which he quit as prime minister said, the public mandate must be respected and no one can be allowed to make mockery of it.

Without respect to the public mandate country cannot make progress, he added. With the reference to decision against him and in support of his political rival Imran Khan, the former premier said that those who served the country have been disqualified while the opponents declared sadiq and ameen. He said those sitting in the courts have to also appear before Allah Almighty to answer for their deeds one day.

“I was disqualified for not accepting salary from my son. Can anyone think it”, he posed to resent verdict against him.  

nawaz Sharif expressed thanks to Allah almighty over the PML-N victory in Lodhran elections and said it is a clear message to his political rivals who always follow the politics of lies, allegations and conspiracies. The N victory in Lodhran is giving sleepless night to the rivals, he said adding the political opponent should also take into account the kind of politics they have been doing after this defeat to them.
