PESHAWAR - In order to pay homage to former ameer Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Qazi Hussain Ahmad, a condolence reference was held here on Sunday.

The reference was held under the auspices of Alkhidmat Traders district Peshawar chapter at Bazaar-e-Khudadad, whereas dozens of traders, shopkeepers and office bearers of various traders associations and bazaars participated.

Speaking on the occasion, speakers shed lights over the life, political struggle and services rendered by late Qazi Husaain Ahmad for the betterment of the people of Pakistan and Islam.

They paid rich tributes to Qazi Hussain Ahmad sand were of the view that he would be remembered forever and the space he had left might not be filled in future.

Prominent among those who were present on the occasion were president of the trader association Khudadad bazaar Haji Mohammad Ishaq, Bajauri gate bazaar Mohammad Iqbal, Maqsood Shah, Umer Shah and Karim Khan.

Moreover, office bearers of other trade unions and presidents of bazaars also participated in the reference. They said that they have deprived of a brave, sincere and a kind politician, and paid homage to Qazi Hussain Ahmad who had died after cardiac arrest on January 6, 2013.
