LAHORE - The administration committee of the Lahore High Court has placed the services of three sessions judges and two additional sessions judges at the disposal of the federal and Punjab government for their appointments in special courts while granting promotion to hundreds of judicial officers. Sessions judge Abdur Razzak Bhattis services have been handed over to federal government for his appointment as judge banking court Lahore, Sessions judge Abdul Waheed Khan to be appointed presiding officer Punjab Labour Court by Punjab Government. Moqurab Khan sessions judge would be made judge consumer court Sargodha. Munir Ahmed, additional session judge, would be made judge anti-terrrism court lhaore by Punjab government while additional sessions judge Muhammad Alamgir Khan would be appointed as presiding officer Labour court Lahore. Two District & Sessions Judges Abdus Sattar Asghar (Establishment LHC) and Javaid Rasheed Mehboobi (Punjab Labour Court, Bahawalpur) were also allowed proforma promotion. While, the services of Shahwar Amin Wagha, Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Gujranwala were terminated. Through another notification the Chief Justice conferred the powers of civil judges 1st class upon 65 2nd class civil judges of Punjab. The officers who were promoted as senior civil judge included Arshad Hussain, Senior Civil Judge, Khanewal, Malik Muhammad Iqbal, AD&SJ Sahiwal, Ms. Jazeela Aslam, AD&SJ Kasur, Ms. Misbah Khan, Senior Civil Judge Nankana Sahib, Baidar Bakht, AD&SJ Faisalabad, Muhammad Saleem, AD&SJ Bahawalpur, Zafar Yab Anwar, Senior Civil Judge Bhakkar and Muhammad Arif Rana, Senior Civil Judge Vehari.
