LAHORE - The Pakistan Hockey Federation has decided to take legal action against former Olympian goalkeeper Mansoor Ahmad for maligning the federation. According to a PHF spokesman, the federation will be serving him with a defamation notice of Rs 100 million damages. The spokesman said that Mansoor has a tainted past and has already been convicted in a fraud case and is now maligning the federation to gain popularity. He said Mansoor has levelled baseless allegations against Secretary PHF for a visa scam and on the working of PHF for which it would resort to court.
