The Chief Justice of Pakistan while addressing the concluding session of the conference on the Implementation of National Judicial Policy, suggested some structural and departmental improvements of far reaching significance. He emphasized upon having an effective and efficient judicial system to meet the aspirations of the common man. He was cognizant of the fact that both the criminal and civil justice systems suffers from unacceptable delays, mismanagement, and varying degrees of corruption. Sir, you have spoken for the teeming millions. I would say that you spoke from your heart.
