LAHORE To protest against the recent-bashing of the PCS Officers Association, the District Management Group Association will observe black day on Thursday (tomorrow). Since the PCS Association has uttered uncivilised words against Chief Secretary Punjab Nasir Mahmood Khan Khosa and accused the latter of divergent indulgences against the PCS officers, the DMGs have decided to go on protest, said a senior officer, who was part of the DMG Association meeting the other day, which was chaired by Director General LDA Omer Rasool. As per the officer, the DMGs would wear black bands to condemn the PCS Associations attitude. 2 OSDs posted The Punjab government on Tuesday posted two Officers on Special Duty with the Services and General Administration Department. OSD with S&GAD Haseeb Ather has been posted as Secretary Social Welfare Department. Another OSD Muhammad Javed Naseem has been posted as Deputy Secretary Home Department. District Officer (Revenue) Rahim Yar Khan Ayesha Hameed has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary (Establishment) S&GAD.
