FIR registered on court order

MARDAN Mardan Police on the order of Session Judge registered a case against four accused including a woman for kidnapping a woman from city area, police said. Khalida, daughter of Khatabuddin, resident of Mohallah Talyan submitted an application with the Session Judge of Mardan that her sister Reshad, widow of Muzaffar, who was living with her 10 years old son and seven year old daughter at Mohallah Shahibagh city police station area. She said that a woman identified as Shazia, wife of Tahir Khan, resident of Chungi No 1, Mohallah Shah Faisal, made relations with her and after few weeks she told her sister to go with her to attend a wedding ceremony of her relative. She said that accused Shazia with the help of accused Ishaq, Yousaf, Sardar, resident of Bhakkar district, Punjab, made her sister unconscious and left her children at a house in Attock, Punjab, and brought her to Bhakkar and sold her to a person named Shafarash Khan. She stated that children called her and told about the incident. She went to Bhakkar where she came to know that her sister was present in the house of Mukhtar and Ameer and they demanded huge amount for the release of her sister. She said that she went to Bhakkar police station but they refused to register the case and said that to first register the case in their own town police station but when she came to City police station, Mardan, for registering the case city police also refused. On the application of the woman session Judge of Mardan took action and ordered City police to register a case against the accused. City police on the order of Session Judge registered case against the accused under section 365 and started investigation of the case. Man killed in Mardan A man was killed over in Jabbar area, police said. According to reports, Khusdil, son of Hussain Shah, resident of Fatma reported to police that accused Harf Jan and his son Muhib Khan on woman dispute allegedly started firing and killed his brother Tahir. Police registered case against the accused.
