MUZAFFARABAD (PR) - Mu-nshi Mohammad Din Fauq, a well-known historian and researcher has been awarded with Khilati-e-Mehjoor on the death anniversary of Shair-e-Kashmir Gulam Ahmad Mahjoor. Prof Saifud Din Soz, Member Parliament was the chief guest on this occasion while Deputy Commissioner, Sirinagar Mehraj Ahmad Kakroo, Director Information Khawaja Farooq Ahmad Renzu, Director Radio Kashmir, Rafiq Raz and Ghulam Nabi Khayal, columnist and writer were the guests of honour. Intellectuals, writers, scholars and philosophers threw light on Mehjoors life. This seminar was especially organised by J&K Mehjoor Foundation at Radio Kashmir to appreciate his poetry in awakening nationalism among Kash-miris.
