Politicians who make false promises cannot survive for long. The PML-N won the election on the basis of assuring the nation that electricity would be generated, and the prices of electricity, petroleum and other staple goods will be lowered. They promised education, health and an infrastructure that would improve industry and economy but nothing has happened. They promised peace in the country but all these were empty promises. Load shedding continues even during Ramazan, and prices have hit the roof. Our Prime Minister is shaking hands with the Indian government, not for the country, but for personal business gains, when each one of us knows that India can never be Pakistan’s friends. The downfall of this government is a must and can be foreseen in the next few months.
