Qila Gujjar Singh police have registered a case against Baitullah Mehsood and his accomplices on the charge of killing five persons including Dr. Sarfraz Naeemi in a suicide bomb attack. The FIR has been registered under section 302-324-427 PPC against Baitullah Mehsood and others on the report of Raghib Hussain Naeemi son of Dr. Sarfraz Naeemi. According to FIR, Dr Sarfraz Naeemi was meeting with his followers at his office after juma prayers when a teenaged boy blew himself up. Raghab Naeemi, son of late Dr. Sarfraz Naeemi told police that his father was against the Talibanization and supported the on-going Army Operation in Swat. He had also given edict (Fatwa) against suicide bombing, due to which he received life threat calls from Taliban.
