Have you ever felt that it is globalization that is the cause of many troubles including the global financial crisis and the subsequent labour layoff witnessed in a number of counties across the globe. But certainly that does not mean that entire blame should be fixed on this phenomenon. Every era brings some changes with it and so has the modern age of globalization. People are often heard saying that the tremendous change brought by 21st century is Globalization and that it is the force making the world a smaller place to live in. the idea is that it has turned the world into a small global village. It has increased the interdependency of the economies the world over. More and more people are seen interacting with other which otherwise might have remained impossible.
