Punjab- As many as 12 people were killed in  three separate road accidents that took place in different cities today.
According to rescue sources, five people were killed while ten others injured in Chakwal. The accident took place at bypass Road when a speedy trailer and a passenger van collided.
The injured and deceased were shifted to DHQ Hospital Chakwal. In the second accident, two vehicles collided at the National Highway near Shikarpur, killing four people and wounding 15 others. Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to nearby hospital. In another road accident, three persons were killed in Faisalabad.
