TOBA TEK SINGH - A speedy car crushed to death a farmer near Pirmahal on Faisalabad-Multan Road here the other night.
Akhtar Yaseen, a resident of Chak 675/16 /B was returning to his home from his farmland on a motorcycle when a car hit him from backside.
As a result, he fell on the road and died on the spot.
Locals informed the police but police reached on the accident place after one hour delay over which they brought body of deceased to Allah Hoo chowk at Pirmahal and blocked Faisalabad-Multan Road.
Later, the police assured them that accused car driver would be arrested at the earliest over which they dispersed. The police have registered a case.
