ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court adjourned the hearing of the contempt case against Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz)’s Talal Chaudhry for one day.

Talal Chaudhry’s lawyer requested some more time for further arguments. Lawyer said, “No person’s rights were affected in the case. It is a matter of disgracing your honour.”

Justice Maqbool Baqir commented that it’s not only about individual disgrace but of the whole Institution.

Justice Ejaz Afzal was heading the three member bench. PML(N) leader also appeared before the court.

The requested by the lawyer was approved and the court adjourned the proceedings till tomorrow, March 15.

Moreover, additional Attorney General was presented with the charge-sheet against Talal Chaudhry.
