Rawalpindi-Director General (DG) Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Capt. (Retd) Tahir Zafar Abbasi has advised the citizens not to invest in illegal and unauthorized housing schemes that are operating without getting No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the department concerned.
