A hassle for students

I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authorities to the ban on pillion riding imposed in Karachi. This ban was forced after the Abbas Town tragedy, but there seems to be no lessoning of terrorist activities after the ban, when a terrorist can kill someone, why will he be shy of riding pillion? Or will he be afraid of the police catching him?
Almost every day, many innocent citizens of Karachi are killed by these terrorists, and none are caught, are they invisible that no security agency can catch them?
The ban on pillion riding is making the life of the ordinary person very difficult, especially students, who often ride pillion to get to their institutions since, more often than not, they cannot afford to travel alone or use public transport on a regular basis. I would like to request the concerned authorities to undo this ban and provide some relief to the people of the city.
