PARIS - Spiritual leader of Ismailis Prince Aga Khan on Wednesday condemned Karachi bus attack by terrorists stating that it was a very tragic attack on a very peaceful community.

Prince Aga Khan in his statement said that it was very alarming that Pakistan, especially Karachi, was being targeted by terrorists since long time.

“It was senseless attack on the most peaceful community in Pakistan”, the Prince twitted. At least 45 members of Ismaili community were killed when gunmen opened firing on their bus in Safoora Chowk area of Karachi. It was the second deadliest militant attack in Pakistan this year after 62 people were killed in a suicide bombing in late January.
