On April 22, 2016, in a Letter to the Editor published in this space, the author, G. Zaman, levelled allegations against Aerospace Consortium, owned by Jaideep Mirchandani and Nitin Mirchandani, of starting domestic flight operations in Pakistan, and insisted that the said company had an Airline Operators license for transporting weapons to Bagram.  

These allegations are false. The Aerospace Consortium does not have a license to operation in Pakistan, and they do not own or intend to own any airlines in Pakistan.The Nation regrets the publication of the views of the author of the letter.
