Islamabad: Opposition Leader of National Assembly (NA) Khurshid Shah has said that he was specially invited to participate in National security committee (NSC) meeting but he decided not to attend due to late invitation.
People on important posts should think before speaking and government has to decide about the statement given by Nawaz Sharifíí, he added.
According to media reports, Khurshid Shah said that I was especially invited to National security committee meeting but I decided not to participate because I was informed late.
While talking to the media in his chamber today he further stated that whatever decision has to be taken about Nawaz Sharif statement, it has to be taken by the government.
PM should come to parliament and explain the decisions taken in National Security committee meeting and take the nation into confidence, he held.
He further said that I being an opposition leader and the whole house are looking forward to the explanation of PM and Nawaz Sharif for the statement.
