SIALKOT - Federal Minister for National Regulation and Services Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the federal government will establish ‘drugs Court’ in the district to check the sale of fake and spurious drugs.Talking to the different delegations of local notables, she termed promulgation Drugs Regulatory Authority of Pakistan Act 2012 as an historical step by the PPP government, which would be helpful to take stern legal action against all quacks and elements busy in preparing and selling fake and spurious medicines. She added that that DRA Act would also ensure easy access of the poor to the quality medicines.
