LHC summons Sapna case investigator


LAHORE – The Lahore High Court on Tuesday summoned the investigation officer of the Sapna Khan case that involved PML-N leader Dost Mohamamd Khosa.
Sapna’s brother Ameen Khan moved the petition through Advocate Azhar Siddique, saying that the Racecourse police had registered a case against Khosa for kidnapping and murdering her sister but the accused, who neither got interim bail from the sessions court nor the police had investigated him, was still at large. He made an appeal to the court for directing the police to arrest the accused and complete the investigation. Justice Sheikh Najamul Hassan directed Racecourse DSP Safdar Kazmi to appear on the next hearing fixed in November’s fourth week.
