NIT employees get special incentives package

KARACHI - National Investment Trust (NIT) Chairman and Managing Director Wazir Ali Khoja has announced a special package of incentives for the employees.
He was addressing the grand assembly of the staff at a local club in Karachi to mark the commencement of Golden Jubilee celebrations of Pakistan’s largest asset management company. On 12th November, NIT completed 50 years of its enviable performances and emerged as one of the largest asset management companies with number of unit holders exceeding 57,000.
While addressing the staff of NIT head office/Karachi, Hyderabad and Sukkur branches, Khoja congratulated all on achieving this landmark. He said their untiring efforts and dedication enabled NIT to complete this marathon journey spread over half a century.
He informed the gathering that President Asif Zardari keeps a vigilant eye on enterprises operating in the public sector. President has repeatedly expressed his appreciation at the outstanding performance of NIT. Khoja said that in recognition of the outstanding performance of NIT, President had desired to announce an incentive package for the employees on achieving the landmark of Golden Jubilee.
Accordingly, the package announced by MD - NIT includes, an additional Golden Jubilee increment, a Golden Jubilee bonus and staff promotions.
At the conclusion of ceremony, a special cake was cut by the chairman and all the employees joined him. Similar ceremonies will also be held at the NIT branches located throughout Pakistan.
