Islamabad- Government, today decided to take action against Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed in the wake of his provocative speech against the government at PTI rally at Nankana Sahib on November 12, local media quoting sources reported.

According to reports, Sheikh Rasheed’s arrest is expected in the next 72 hours whereas several departments including Ministry of Finance and Federal Bureau of Revenue (FBR) have served notices to AML chief.

Sheikh Rasheed had delivered an inflammatory speech against the government suggesting the nation to rise up against the government intending to create confrontation among the state institutions. Government institutions also got records of the speeches Sheikh Rasheed delivered in the past 3 months.
