LAHORE - American Senators and Congressmen have hailed the steps taken by Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahis government for the progress of the minorities in Punjab. Akram Masih Gill, head of PML-Q minority wing along with other members, informed party chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and senior leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in a meeting on Wednesday about the observations of American politicians regarding PML-Q governments steps for the minorities during its stint in power. Akram, who is PML-Q MNA, came back from Americas visit in which he met Senators Christopher and Sheela Jackson and Congressmen Keath Allison, David Price and Aron Shauk. Ch Shujaat and Ch Pervaiz on this occasion said that they would continue their policies for the betterment and progress of the minorities.
