This is with reference to the recent statement by Talal Bugti that he will donate land worth one billion to the person who kills Musharraf. I am against such a stance and would like to ask, where is the government? Where are the state machinery and law enforcement agencies? Where is judiciary and the media? It is surprising that no one had responded to his statement. Is Pakistan a totally lawless country? Besides, his statement wreaks of the same uncivilized way which the tribal leaders in Balochistan have been ruling over their subjects.
