India flayed for aggression on LoC

NOORPUR THAL - Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Secretary General Liaqat Baloch has condemned the Indian aggression on Line of Control and the working boundary and demanded the government to raise the issue at all international forms effectively and forcefully. He was addressing a public gathering here. Irresponsible act of Indian government raising alarm bells for prospects of peace and tranquillity in the otherwise volatile region. The growing tension caused by Indian provocative policy, is not good sign as confrontation between two nuclear powers could lead mass destruction, he warned.
He said that if the Indian premier thought that the Pakistan would give up its claim on Kashmir due to his hollow threats, he was gravely mistaken.  “I would advise Indian Prime Minister Narendera Modi to stop amassing arms and ammunition worth trillions, and instead spend this money on the uplift of the millions in India who went without food and clothing and had to spend their nights on footpath’, he said.
Liaqat Baloch said it was pity that the rulers in Islamabad had demonstrated cowardice in the face of ongoing Indian excesses across border instead of giving a benefiting response.  JI Khushab District Ameer Malik Muhammad Waris Jasra and former JI Ameers Malik Tanzeerul Hassan Awan and Malik Abdullah Jasar also spoke on the occasion.  While addressing the press conference at Noor Pur Thal Press Club, Liaqat Baloch said that Bhasha Dam was now just a lolli pop as no practical work had been started even eight years after its in inauguration. He urged the government to start work on Kalabagh dam to get rid of the menace of loadshedding.
To a question, he said that the PTI leadership should up lift the province of the KPK that was mired in host
of problems.
JI Secretary General said that sit-ins had caused serious economic set back to the country.
“The Country will be steered out of problems through hard work and struggle under the leader ship of JI Chief Sirajul Haq”, he added.
