Islamabad: Patron Islamabad Chamber of Small Traders Shahid Rasheed Butt today said, India wants to see Pakistan as an arid and failed state for which it has been employing water aggression as a tool.

According to press statement issued today, New Delhi wants issue of water scarcity to transform Pakistan into a totally failed state, within a decade for which is continues to hatch conspiracies and violate Indus water Treaty.

While speaking Rasheed Butt to the business community said that war between Pakistan and India on water resources seems inevitable despite trade.

The Hindu fundamentalist government will not change its policy if India is granted status of Most Favored Nation, he observed.
