ISLAMABAD (Agencies) Terming the plot to assassinate Lahore High Court Chief Justice Khawaja Muhammad Sharif as a conspiracy to ensue clash between the government and the judiciary, Interior Minister Rehman Malik has promised to hold a comprehensive investigation. Talking to newsmen the other day in the federal capital, he said he had ordered investigation after the plan was reported in a news story, adding that the director generals of the ISI and the IB had been ordered to submit a report within 48 hours. He assured to take the judiciary into confidence in case the story was proved true. Rehman said he had summoned a meeting of all the Home secretaries and the IGPs on September 14 for reviewing the law and order situation prevailing in the country.
