India has refused to issue visas to the Pakistan volleyball team resulting in question mark over participation of Pakistan in Asian central zone volleyball championship in India. Pakistani team was to leave for India, in order to participate in third Asian central zone volleyball championship scheduled to be held in Kolkata from September 16-20, Maj. Afzal an official of Pakistan Volleyball Federation said. The visa to Pakistani volleyball players not issued yet because we have not yet received clearance from New Delhi, sources at Indian High Commission in Islamabad said. Pakistan Volleyball Federation has informed about the matter to the Asian Volleyball Federation.
