ISLAMABAD  -  Three soldiers embraced martyrdom while all the four terrorists were killed during an operation in North Waziristan Agency on Thursday.

According to ISPR all the four terrorists were killed in an information-based operation in North Waziristan launched against terrorists involved in an attack on security forces on September 12 as well as the ambush on security forces convoy during December 2017 which resulted in martyrdom of Lieutenant Moeen.

It further said that all 4 terrorists including operational level terrorist Aftab Parakay have been killed. It also said that the terrorists were fully armed and gave tough resistance.

In exchange of fire, three soldiers including Naib Subedar Nazir Ahmed Chandio, Sepoy Fakhar and Sepoy Amir of Pakistan Army embraced martyrdom. The security forces finally cleared the whole area.
