Indonesian police spokesperson Inspector General Anton Bahrul Alam said here on Friday that the fresh bomb attack inside a mosque located in the premises of Cirebon police headquarters in West Java had injured 17 people. Anton said that the bomb was detonated by a man wearing black clad, standing in the second row of mass prayer conducted in the mosque, after the imam delivering the sermon. The body of the suicide bomber was completely splattered into pieces inside the mosque with shrapnel from the bombs injured several people around him. Local TV station reported that among the injured ones was the head of the Cirebon police headquarters. Analyst said that it was the first bomb attack conducted inside a mosque.
