LAHOREOn Thursday, the Daewoo Express has not resumed its operation at city routes due to the demolition of the companys workshop by the LDA, which caused 'suspension of maintenance and mechanical work of the buses. The Company spokesman Naeemullah said the Daewoo would never compromise on passengers safety and the buses would not be brought at routes without the prior checking. He said that the matter was referred to the authorities for solving the issue and hoped the workshop would be operational soon. He regretted for the passenger who faced inconvenience in this regard. This was worth mentioning here that the workshop provided routine maintenance and mechanical support to the buses running on the urban routes on a daily basis.
