ISLAMABAD The federal government and garrison professors have expressed grave concern over non-grant of time scale and up-gradation. They said up-gradation and time scale pay had been granted already to professors of FG colleges Islamabad. The FG colleges were functioning under Islamabad directorate before their control was handed over to the ministry of defence.
The teachers working therein are selected by the Federal Public Service Commission. The nature of the duty and perks and privileges  are of the same nature,, they added. Therefore, tine scale pay and upgradation be allowed to professors working in  cantt and garrison   to allay their woes, they demanded.
