MINGORA - The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a suspected terrorist during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) here on Thursday. CTD sources said responding to an intelligence tip-off regarding presence of anti-state element an operation was conducted in main Mingora townt. A terrorist identified as Fazal Rabbi hailing from Pattan area of Kohistan was apprehended with arms. He was shifted to an undisclosed place for further interrogation.
