PR LAHORE - The University of Central Punjab and China’s Qingdao Hengxing University signed an MOU yesterday. The agreement was signed in Punjab–Shandong Business Seminar, which was attended by Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Vice Governor, Shandong Province of China. The MOU was signed by UCP Pro-Rector Dr Mohammad Zafarullah and Wang Ziahai, Chairman All Chinese Enterprises in Pakistan.

According to the MOU, exchange of students and faculty will take place between the two universities.

The students of University of Central Punjab will learn Chinese language in the Qingdao University and Chinese teachers from the same University will also visit University of Central Punjab and will teach Chinese language.

Further students from Qingdao University will come to learn English language at the University of Central Punjab.

The students of University of Central Punjab visiting the Qingdao University will have the opportunity for learning professional and technical courses at the University. These progammes will strengthen relationship between the two universities and further avenues of collaboration will also be explored.
