Freedom for a country or its people means living in your own land under your own laws and feeling the liberty to live your life the way you want, following the principals you believe in and practice the religion you want. We were under British rule before partition, and then the great Quaid gave us a free country; little did he know that we are enslaved now by not only the British but also the Americans. They can send killers who can shoot two young boys on a street and vanish with immunity, even a single American can shut down our airports, and block roads making us wait outside fences like sheep?
They can take away our daughter Dr Afia Saddiqui and charge her 86 years life imprisonment for just picking up a gun, while their killer is handed back to them! We are enslaved by the so-called ‘reformists’, who constantly try to ‘reform’ us, and the Taliban who can kill as they like when they like, and whoever they like. We are not a free country, we are slaves, each one of us to corrupt people who have plundered and sold the recourses, aid for flood and earth quack victims and run away with billions again with immunity. We have a President who is involved in a scam of having huge bank account in Swiss ban full of our plundered money.
We have made laws where we can prosecute and kill people of other faiths and imprison their daughters for money. People who have different beliefs, religions or thinking are not welcome here. Is this what we fought for and gave huge sacrifices so that corrupt land owners can imprison the poor and take food out of their mouths for luxuries?
