LAHORE - Pakistan Police, Chamans Muslim FC proved their worth in do-or-die matches of the PFF League to enter the Pakistan Premier Football League as A-Division teams. The final Super League matches of the PFF League - Departmental and Club leg - saw Police beating Railways 2-1 and Muslim Club snatched the needful point in 1-1 draw with Lahores Wohaib FC. The overall final between the two top outfits of PFF League departmental/club will be played here at Garhi Shahus Railway Stadium today (Wednesday) at 2 PM. Muslim Club drew one-all with Wohaib FC, who got the leveller in the 38th minute after Hayat Ullah gave them 31st minute lead. Muslim FC finished the Super League with 10 points, followed by Wohaib with eight points. Meanwhile, Police stunned Railways with 2-1 win. Police were the first to score in the 47th minute through Sher Hassan, but Railways required drawn game for next seasons PPFL entry, dragged the 63rd minute equalizer through skipper Asif Hameed. But Police gave anxious moment to Railway supporters with match winner in the 78th minute through Nasib. Police finished with nine points, followed by Railway six points.
