ATC issues notices to all parties over Musharraf’s assets case

Rawalpindi’s Anti-Terrorism Court on Saturday issued notices to all parties in the Pervez Musharraf assets case to appear for the preliminary hearing of the request for the obtaining the records of Musharraf’s assets.
According to a private television channel, Judge Chaudhry Habibur Rehman heard the petition filed by Sehba Musharraf  to restore the former president’s frozen accounts.
During the hearing, the petitioner’s counsel Ilyas Siddiqui submitted another request, seeking records of joint accounts held by Musharraf.
Subsequently, the court issued notices to all parties in the case to appear for a preliminary hearing and adjourned the hearing until Dec 22.
