Former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani said on Saturday that his sacrifice did not go in vain.
He said the letter written to the Swiss authorities has vindicated his stand that the president enjoys immunity at national and international levels.
While talking with media after condoling death of Syed Owais Gardezi, Gilani said that the creation of new provinces will remove the sense of deprivation among the people of southern Punjab.
‘The parliament is going to complete its tenure for the first time in the country's history’ he added.
Gialni said that the PPP would win the next elections.
